Updated Table Mountain Cycling Trail Maps: These include all the trails that have been added since December 1, 2016. The map of the Constantia Greenbelts is included.

Please take note that Tokai is only open on weekends and consult San Parks or Tokai MTB about current trail openings and closures.

Get a free copy from your Local Bike Shop, Cape Town Tourism, TMNP Visitor Centre as well as from the SAPS patrol vehicle on Tafelberg Road.
