26 Jul Watch out for trail traps!A wire pulled across The Glen trail!

Unidentified persons are setting trail traps and we urge you to be very careful and keep your eyes peeled for logs and rocks laid across the trail.In the latest incident on 7 July, someone pulled a wire across The Glen trail at neck height. Read more about the incident HERE.

Higgovale
Constantia Greenbelts
Deer Park
Some of the obstacles were placed in blind turns and not immediately visible.
Trail traps don’t discriminate and could injure anyone,not just cyclists.
If anyone has information that can help identify the person responsible for the wire trap, please get in touch with us. We are prepared to pay a reward,if the person is identified & convicted.
